Volunteer at the Convention
A square wouldn’t work with a couple missing right? It takes 16 hands to make a square. Well the 2024 Convention Committee needs your help! It takes many hands to make a great Convention! There are many fun spots that you can volunteer for!
Here are just a few:
- Setup prior to the Convention. This could possibly include laying down flooring.
- Tear down after the Convention.
- Sitting at the registration table to give others a rest.
- Creating signs for the registration tables either for the current Convention or the upcoming 2025 Convention. Use your creativity using the theme for the Convention.
- Registration table. Welcoming dancers, checking their registration, handing outdance packets with schedules with rooms, callers etc.
- Planning committee for 2025 Convention.
