Once your form is filled out, click the print icon in the right corner above the registration form pdf. Change the destination to: Save as PDF, and then save to a location on your computer where you can find your filled out form. Email the completed registration form to:

Make payment via PayPal at this PayPal address: registration@
Be sure to put in the total amount that you are paying.
